Venture Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Engineering Manager to spearhead our Process Engineering department, specifically focusing on High-Level Assembly (HLA) production lines. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are not only efficient but also scalable and optimized for cutting-edge technology.
You will lead a high-performing team of engineers to provide critical technical support to the production floor, troubleshoot complex assembly issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of process engineers to drive productivity, yield improvements, and capacity optimization in HLA assembly lines.
- Develop and implement robust SOPs for assembly processes to ensure consistency and quality adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to resolve technical bottlenecks and production stoppages.
- Oversee the introduction of new products (NPI) to the production line, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing methodologies to reduce cycle time and manufacturing costs.
- Analyze production data and KPI reports to identify areas for capacity expansion and operational enhancements.
- Ensure that all equipment and assembly processes comply with international safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in High-Level Assembly (HLA) and box-build manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation, fixture design, and assembly line balancing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, SQL) and CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated history of utilizing DMAIC or 8D methodologies.
