Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the mechanical engineering team in the design, installation, and maintenance of processing plant equipment.
- Ensure the highest levels of mechanical availability and reliability for all gold processing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, including predictive and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage departmental budgets, procurement of critical mechanical spares, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processing plant recovery rates and operational efficiency.
- Oversee strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations relevant to gold mining operations.
- Provide technical guidance and professional development to site engineers and support staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align engineering objectives with production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the mining industry, specifically within gold mining processing plants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale mechanical maintenance operations and plant engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of gold extraction processes, milling, and related metallurgical equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a remote site environment.
- Expertise in safety protocols, industrial standards, and international mining regulations.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical report writing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
