Join PT Avia Avian Industri Pipa as Engineering Manager and lead critical operations in our Gresik facility. You'll oversee the entire engineering, maintenance, and utilities functions to ensure maximum reliability of machinery, production equipment, molds, and dies. This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking to optimize plant performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll manage cross-functional teams, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage engineering, maintenance, and utilities departments
- Ensure optimal reliability of production machinery, equipment, and molds/dies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage maintenance budgets and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Oversee safety compliance and environmental standards
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years engineering management experience
- Strong background in manufacturing maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in preventive maintenance strategies
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance software
