Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve project milestones and technical excellence
- Develop and implement engineering roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and delivery
- Manage resource allocation, timelines, and budget for engineering projects
- Foster innovation and technical growth within the engineering organization
- Report on project progress, risks, and achievements to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in a management or leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
- Strong proficiency in modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing technical teams
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous learning
