Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of marine and mechanical engineers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Drive new client acquisition strategies by providing high-level technical consultancy and solution design.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for shipbuilding projects, from conceptual design to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including production and procurement, to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
- Ensure full compliance with international marine regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals and project reports to support management decision-making and business growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase operational efficiency and technical innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the marine or shipbuilding industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in technical sales, account management, or business development within the maritime sector.
- Strong understanding of international shipbuilding codes, classification society rules, and marine safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes client engagement.
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and oversee shipyard operations.
