Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers dedicated to Visual Factory deployment and software integration.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of visualization platforms that enhance real-time factory floor monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy technological solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with global aerospace quality standards and deadlines.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies such as AR/VR, digital twins, and advanced data analytics.
- Foster a collaborative culture, conducting performance reviews and facilitating technical training sessions.
- Ensure all engineering outputs adhere to stringent safety, regulatory, and corporate governance protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record in implementing Industrial IoT (IIoT), Visual Factory tools, or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboard frameworks).
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies within a high-tech environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in the aerospace or high-precision manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
