Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the night shift production team to ensure operational targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Manage production workflows and optimize processes to increase output efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for critical manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Enforce strict workplace safety (WSH) regulations and quality control standards throughout the night shift.
- Develop and mentor junior engineers and production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve technical bottlenecks and production issues.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing night shift operations within an MNC setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and make high-pressure decisions during off-peak hours.
