Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement mechanical systems, civil infrastructure, and facility maintenance solutions
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments for engineering projects
- Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards
- Optimize facility operations for efficiency and compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor engineering KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage engineering budgets and resource allocation for projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian engineering standards and regulations
- Problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Certification in facility management or related field preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
