Mapan Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Engineering MEP & HVAC Specialist to join our facilities team in Waru, Jawa Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation, maintenance, and technical integrity of our building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a strong background in facility maintenance, ensuring that our HVAC systems, electrical grids, and civil structures meet safety standards and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime, executing preventative maintenance schedules, and performing rapid repairs to support our business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Manage, monitor, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal building climate control.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, circuits, and lighting systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Execute building infrastructure repairs including civil works and general plumbing maintenance.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives for the facility.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale installations.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report system performance to the engineering supervisor.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management (MEP focus).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling towers, and chillers.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift or on-call capacity if required by facility needs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and building operational standards.
- Based in or willing to commute to Waru, Sidoarjo/Jawa Timur area.
