Mapan Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering MEP & HVAC Specialist to join our dynamic facility management team in Waru, East Java. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and efficiency of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of building systems. You will play a critical role in proactive maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and managing site-wide engineering projects to uphold the high standards of Mapan Group facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily maintenance and inspection of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Manage HVAC unit servicing, cleaning, and climate control system troubleshooting.
- Oversee electrical installations, panel maintenance, and emergency power supply systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules for all building utility and civil assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for facility repair and upgrade projects.
- Document all maintenance activities and monitor utility consumption patterns.
- Respond promptly to technical emergencies to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in building maintenance or facility engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing layouts, and electrical distribution panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical building blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with civil works, building repairs, and site maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Waru, Surabaya Raya area.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rotating shifts or on-call duties if required.
