As an Engineering Officer, you will oversee critical utility and facility operations, driving energy efficiency initiatives and ensuring that our electrical infrastructure adheres to the highest safety standards. We are looking for an analytical professional who can troubleshoot complex systems, manage routine maintenance schedules, and provide technical leadership for our onsite maintenance teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of electrical and electronic utility systems across the resort.
- Ensure high uptime for critical facility infrastructure through proactive monitoring and rapid response to technical faults.
- Analyze energy consumption patterns and compile detailed reports to drive cost-saving initiatives and sustainability goals.
- Manage Repair & Maintenance (R&M) budgets and supervise external contractors to ensure projects are completed within scope and timeline.
- Investigate and resolve technical complaints from internal departments and resort operations teams.
- Implement and maintain rigorous preventative maintenance schedules for all electronic equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with local engineering safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, or large-scale building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, building management systems (BMS), and electronic control panels.
- Proficient in technical reporting and energy data analysis software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work shifts as required by resort operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across various levels of the organization.
- Professional certification or registration with BEM/ST is considered a strong advantage.
