Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive engineering operations strategies to ensure maximum uptime and facility efficiency.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and JLL’s global safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of onsite engineers and technical contractors to optimize performance and service delivery.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts for large-scale portfolios.
- Implement data-driven monitoring systems to track operational KPIs and identify areas for cost-saving and energy optimization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to lead site-wide upgrades, retrofits, and capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure rapid incident response and root-cause analysis for all critical engineering systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility engineering management, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, and critical power infrastructure.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and large-scale technical budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure situations.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
