Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for critical production equipment
- Create optimized engineering schedules to maximize operational efficiency
- Analyze machine performance data to identify trends and predict failures
- Coordinate maintenance resources to minimize production disruptions
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for engineering leadership
- Collaborate with vendors to source cost-effective maintenance solutions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance planning or engineering analysis
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP, Maximo) and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex machine performance data
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM)
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
