Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain production machinery to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment according to scheduled plans.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues within the production line.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize production processes and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct routine safety inspections to ensure all equipment adheres to global manufacturing standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and log operational data for process improvement.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new plant infrastructure and process upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or plant maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial process controls, PLC, and machinery troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Proficiency in using mechanical tools and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts as required by production demands.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
