We are looking for a dedicated Engineering Precast & Tiang Pancang to join the team at PT Mutubeton Pratamamix. In this pivotal role, you will focus on the technical aspects of precast concrete engineering, specifically targeting the design, structural analysis, and quality control of structural elements and foundation piles. You will provide essential technical support in the field, ensuring that our construction projects meet rigorous safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform structural design and detailed calculations for precast concrete components and piles (Tiang Pancang).
- Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and engineering specifications to ensure compliance.
- Implement and monitor Quality Control (QC) procedures during the production and installation phases.
- Provide on-site technical support and supervision to resolve engineering challenges in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to local regulations and Indonesian National Standard (SNI) codes.
- Conduct site inspections to verify structural integrity and material quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in precast concrete engineering or foundation work (Tiang Pancang).
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, load analysis, and concrete technology.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and construction materials standards.
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor field conditions and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
