PT Leoco Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Process Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Cikarang Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our production workflows, integrating cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, and ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize existing production processes to increase throughput and reduce operational waste.
- Design and implement new manufacturing workflows using the latest industry technology.
- Conduct regular time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and improve cycle times.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen) to enhance overall plant performance.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to shop-floor staff regarding new equipment and improved processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex production data.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
