Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily engineering operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve production processes.
- Manage project documentation and maintain detailed records of engineering activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff.
- Monitor and analyze technical KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and Sika Group’s internal safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and standard engineering documentation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
