Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities align with engineering plans and schedules.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to guarantee that all materials and workmanship meet industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, site drawings, and progress documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in the construction or property development industry.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and structural requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid engineering license (if applicable) is a plus.
