Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day engineering tasks and operational workflows to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure all technical systems are functioning optimally.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and industry-standard regulations during all operations.
- Maintain accurate records of technical repairs, upgrades, and inventory usage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in an engineering or technical operations role.
- Strong understanding of technical principles and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in technical documentation and reporting software.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian/English.
