Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop sustainable product solutions that prioritize environmental impact and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative product concepts.
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and prototypes for product testing.
- Conduct material research to identify eco-friendly, durable, and cost-effective alternatives.
- Perform rigorous quality control testing to ensure all designs meet safety and sustainability standards.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all engineering milestones are met on time.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in product development and design engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and material science.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Prior experience in eco-conscious industries is a significant advantage.
