Tanggung Jawab

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and technical alignment.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Analyze technical bottlenecks and propose creative, cost-effective resolutions.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all technical specifications and updates are meticulously recorded.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal engineering workflows and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on professional experience in a relevant engineering role.
- Strong understanding of structural and technical design principles.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects within strict timelines.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work effectively in a remote/destination setting.
