Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day project operations to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress documentation for project stakeholders.
- Implement safety standards and quality control protocols at all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Support the project management team in resource allocation and contractor coordination.
- Assist in the development of long-term project planning and infrastructure maintenance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in infrastructure projects or construction management.
- Strong understanding of technical engineering software and construction standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage on-site technical processes.
- High level of professional integrity and commitment to workplace safety (K3).
- Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian; ability to read technical blueprints/drawings.
