Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program management for engineering initiatives, from concept through deployment and sustainment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, operations, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule, budget, and scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decision-making processes to remove obstacles.
- Monitor operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Report program status and progress to senior leadership and external partners regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering program management, project management, or technical operations.
- Experience working in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
