Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor precision machining equipment in accordance with technical blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on finished components to ensure alignment with production tolerances.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot production issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Document production activities, equipment performance, and material usage in daily logs.
- Ensure all workshop operations adhere strictly to safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards.
- Support the team in setting up machinery for new production runs and transitioning between projects.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an operator in a precision manufacturing or engineering workshop environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow complex technical instructions.
- High level of physical stamina and dexterity required for workshop operations.
- Proactive attitude towards technical problem-solving and willingness to participate in ongoing training.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts if required by production demands.
