Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet all quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, managing expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
- Oversee project documentation, including quotations, technical proposals, and delivery schedules.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or engineering.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from quotation to delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
