Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and detailed engineering specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel allocation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and mitigate potential project risks and technical bottlenecks.
- Utilize engineering software to design, test, and validate project components and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven working experience (2+ years) as a Project Engineer or similar engineering role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Surabaya area as needed.
