As an EPM Project Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving technical challenges, and implementing best practices in project management methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Analyze project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
