Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to final implementation and handover.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to define project scope, resource requirements, and technical specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, closely monitoring progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and internal quality control protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to foster a high-performance environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within an engineering or manufacturing context.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional project management certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
