- Oversee the entire lifecycle of engineering projects from initiation to closure.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering results.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2) is preferred.
