Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and deliver complex software engineering projects for the Treasury platform
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product designers
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and optimize development workflows
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Track project progress using KPIs and provide regular status reports
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software development
- Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with fintech or financial software projects preferred
