Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to communicate project status, risks, and requirements.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular project reports and presentations for executive management.
- Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
