Michael Page is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to drive the success of our manufacturing projects in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, from the initial planning stages through to final execution, ensuring that we deliver high-quality electronic products on time and within budget.
You will act as the central point of coordination between cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering teams, supply chain management, and quality assurance. A key focus of this position is managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and overseeing the critical Project Transfer to ensure a seamless transition from development to mass production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept validation through to mass production launch.
- Manage Project Transfer activities to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Report project status and progress to senior management stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within the electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, manufacturing methodologies, and Project Transfer strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
