We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering / Quality Control professional to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and non-routine quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished transformer products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze test results from electrical testing equipment and prepare detailed reports on product quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot engineering-related issues within the production line to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate quality control instruments, including Hi-Pot testers, winding resistance meters, and Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) units.
- Document non-conformities and deviations in the Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinate with production teams for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to support the design and testing of new transformer prototypes and modifications.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to relevant international standards such as IEEE and IEC.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Engineering within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with transformer manufacturing processes and testing procedures is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficient in using various testing instruments and quality assurance software.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license is required for site visits and travel.
