Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical systems and refrigeration units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical circuits, motors, and cooling systems
- Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades of electrical components and refrigeration equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for all equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational standards
- Collaborate with operations team to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor system performance and implement energy optimization measures
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and specialized repairs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and HVAC technical diagrams
- Certification in electrical safety or refrigeration technology preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
