Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations for pier and bridge projects ensuring adherence to technical specifications
- Coordinate site logistics including material procurement, equipment allocation, and workforce management
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
- Manage project timelines through detailed scheduling and progress reporting to senior management
- Resolve technical challenges and engineering issues on-site with practical solutions
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Foster effective communication between contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, particularly pier/bridge projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and safety regulations
- Proven experience in site management and team leadership in remote locations
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation systems
- Ability to work effectively in challenging environmental conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Certification in construction safety management preferred
