Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) is seeking an experienced Engineering Solutioning Manager to lead the design, architecture and fit‑out of cutting‑edge data centre projects in the Tuas area. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end solutioning process for Architecture & Access (A&A) and fit‑out scopes, working closely with internal engineering teams, external consultants, and contractors to deliver high‑performance, scalable, and resilient data centre facilities.
You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., TIA‑942, Singapore’s Green Mark), and oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept through commissioning. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses strong project‑management acumen, and can effectively balance scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead solutioning for A&A and fit‑out works for new and upgrade data centre projects.
- Develop and maintain technical design briefs, specifications, and procurement documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (MEP, ICT, structural) to optimise facility performance.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure all designs meet local codes, standards, and sustainability targets.
- Liaise with regulators, landlords, and vendors to secure permits and smooth execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the data centre portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in data centre or mission‑critical facility design and delivery.
- Proven expertise in A&A and fit‑out processes for data centres or large‑scale commercial projects.
- Strong command of project‑management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) and CAD software is an advantage.
- Certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) or LEED AP are a plus.
