As an Engineering Specialist at Black Sand Bali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our building infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems throughout the property
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and ventilation systems
- Conduct general facility repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work
- Manage and oversee building renovation and construction projects from planning to completion
- Inspect building infrastructure and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Respond to emergency repair requests and provide timely solutions to minimize disruption
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair and installation work
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair
- Proven expertise in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of building construction, facilities management, and general repair techniques
- Experience in project management, particularly building construction or renovation projects
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor and work in various environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
