Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive facility inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee electrical systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and compliance with safety standards
- Manage infrastructure maintenance budgets and resources efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for maintenance projects
- Implement and maintain energy conservation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in facility maintenance or engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial infrastructure
- Certification in facility management or maintenance (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
