Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of MEP systems with primary focus on electrical infrastructure
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system optimizations for multi-client portfolio
- Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare technical documentation including maintenance reports and system logs
- Respond to emergency breakdowns with prompt diagnostic and resolution actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering with electrical systems focus
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for building services systems
- Proven stakeholder management and client relationship experience
- Valid electrical work permit and relevant technical certifications
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance management software
