Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical plant infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and execute Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute capital improvement projects and facility upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in facilities engineering or plant operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and industrial machinery.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale maintenance projects and vendor relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 plant environment.
- Valid certification in safety management or relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
