As a key member of the automation engineering group, you will be responsible for the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our advanced servo-based automation systems. Your expertise in maintaining servo operations will directly impact manufacturing uptime and productivity.
In this role, you will troubleshoot complex automation equipment, analyze system data to predict failures, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineering, manufacturing operations, and equipment vendors to optimize system performance and introduce new technologies. - Maintain and optimize servo drive and motor performance in automated manufacturing lines.
- Diagnose and resolve automation system faults to minimize production downtime.
- Analyze machine data to identify trends and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to upgrade control systems and improve cycle times.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation processes and procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of servo systems, motion controllers, and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems.
- Experience with data analysis tools and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
