- Optimize sputter deposition processes for enhanced thin-film quality and production efficiency
- Design and implement process control protocols using statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for vacuum systems and plasma-related equipment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop next-generation sputtering technologies
- Document engineering specifications and maintain process documentation standards
- Mentor junior engineers on process optimization techniques and safety protocols
- Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or thin-film deposition processes
- Expertise in sputtering technology (DC/RF magnetron, PECVD)
- Proficiency in vacuum systems operation and maintenance
- Strong statistical analysis and process optimization skills
- Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) methodologies
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis expertise
