Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hands-on repair, maintenance, and overhaul of DC/RF magnetron sputter sources and associated sub-assemblies in a cleanroom environment.
- Execute sputter source conversions and reconfigurations to support various product specifications and process requirements.
- Conduct thorough failure analysis on defective sputter sources, utilize techniques such as visual inspection and leak detection to identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional process and equipment engineering teams to optimize deposition parameters and improve overall tool reliability.
- Develop and update detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preventive maintenance checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts consumption, and equipment uptime/downtime metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance sputter source life, reduce repair costs, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure strict adherence to all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols and cleanroom discipline standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sputter source repair, vacuum technology, and thin film deposition within a high-volume semiconductor or hard disk drive manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to perform precise assembly and disassembly of complex equipment.
- In-depth understanding of vacuum systems, including pumping stacks, gauges, and valves, as well as gas delivery systems.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical schematics, power supplies, RF generators, and DC controllers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Excel).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies is a strong plus.
