Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, development, and supervision of complex construction projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and project reports using CAD and engineering software.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Analyze engineering data, resolve technical issues on-site, and propose practical solutions to challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress logs, material reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to local and international building codes (SNI).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a construction or engineering firm.
- Strong proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and local construction regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid engineering certification or license is a plus.
