Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain production machinery to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare part procurement and equipment repairs.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to company safety standards and OHS regulations.
- Prepare technical reports on machine performance and maintenance logs for management review.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering schematics.
- Strong understanding of PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule if required.
- Strong analytical thinking and physical stamina to perform on-site repairs.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
