Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly
- Conduct routine facility inspections to prevent operational disruptions
- Coordinate with kitchen/service teams for technical support during peak hours
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance engineering or similar technical role
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in hospitality or commercial facility maintenance
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
