Tanggung Jawab
- Design, analyze, and develop high-precision mechanical parts and assemblies according to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure all components meet strict industry standards and tolerances.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs using CAD software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues within production machinery and equipment.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and ISO standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Document engineering changes and update technical specifications and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical engineering setting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and precision measurement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Open to potential deployment and training for Japan assignments.
