Warung Local Bali is seeking a proactive and skilled Engineering Staff member to join our dynamic team in Badung. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of all kitchen equipment, lighting, and electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC (Air Conditioning) systems and plumbing to prevent operational downtime.
- Execute general repairs including basic carpentry, masonry, and painting to maintain the restaurant’s aesthetic standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during peak hours to support the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs or specialized technical installations.
- Strictly adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Document all repair activities and maintenance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and AC maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform manual tasks and navigate a busy kitchen/restaurant environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
