Mahogany Hotel Nusa Dua is seeking a dedicated and proactive Engineering Staff to join our professional maintenance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our hotel operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest standard of comfort, safety, and functionality throughout their stay.
As an Engineering Staff member, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and prompt repair of hotel facilities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of operational efficiency, and is ready to tackle daily technical challenges in a dynamic, world-class resort environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all hotel electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and internal departments, ensuring efficient problem-solving.
- Maintain and repair hotel facilities, including lighting, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and furniture.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and comply with safety and health regulations.
- Monitor and record utility consumption, including water, electricity, and gas usage, to support efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors or external contractors for specialized technical repairs when necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency response procedures within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician or Engineering Staff, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of general building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
