Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering Staff to join our dynamic team. Located in the vibrant area of Kalideres, Jakarta, we are committed to delivering world-class hospitality experiences. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy comfortable and safe environments.
As an Engineering Staff member, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our electrical and mechanical systems. You will work closely with the engineering management to ensure all equipment runs efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on electrical panels, lighting systems, and HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various building amenities and guest room equipment promptly.
- Assist in the installation of new electrical and mechanical systems according to strict safety standards.
- Monitor utility meters and report any irregularities, leaks, or technical anomalies immediately.
- Ensure all engineering logs and maintenance records are updated accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues that may affect guest services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar engineering position within the hospitality or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation principles and general HVAC systems.
- Fluent in Indonesian and preferably have a working command of English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Valid technical certification or license is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
